- Dr. Salil Patil is a highly accomplished plastic and reconstructive surgeon with having done his MBBS from GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and his MS in General Surgery & MCh in Plastic Surgery from BJ Medical College & Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, where he was a gold medallist in both MS as well as MCh Residencies. He has extensive clinical experience, including residencies in plastic and general surgery, along with fellowships in advanced cosmetic surgery, LASER dermatology, and oncoplasty.
- His work has been published in several medical journals, and he has presented research at national and international conferences. Currently, he serves as the Director of Dhanwantari’s Chrysalis and consults at multiple hospitals in Pune and Kolhapur.
- Apart from his medical career, he has a strong sports background, winning multiple awards in basketball, table tennis, swimming, and football. He is also an endurance athlete, having completed several IRONMAN triathlons and ultramarathons, including the Comrades Ultramarathon. His hobbies include running, cycling, swimming, trekking, and reading.
